He was very personable, very helpful and very accommodating. I had to come to Arizona and he did the whole job when I was not here. I never felt that I couldn't get hold of him. I am confident that if I have any issues with him, he will be there. I haven't been able to go physically look at it; but I had my son go out and take pictures of the flooring and it looks fantastic.

I had the carpet taken off the stairs and had the wood stairs put on instead of the carpet. Underneath the carpet, it was just a tri-board, so the treads on the stairs had to be replaced as did the risers. That was done to match our existing wood floor. They were fabulous. It's a family company and been in the family for 57-odd years, I believe. Again, the gentleman works on his own and he was just wonderful. He did a really beautiful job on them. His work was a true art.
