HEARD COUNTY CONCRETE

The man came and looked at the our problem and gave a price. He said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before he could do the job. We kept in touch with him over this time to see exactly when he was coming. We called the morning he was to come. HE SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. HE NEVER CALLED. I have no idea why a company would say they are going to do the job - say they are on the way - and just flat out not show up. I'm glad they didn't come because this must be an indication of the work they do. I feel we were lucky they didn't show up. Still, this is the MOST unprofessional company we have ever had any dealings with. We wrote an email to the owner but didn't expect a response since the owner and the man that came are brothers. Of course we did not get a response.
