 + -1 moreIt was very reasonable and I've been using them for 3 years. They're very good, timely and they will give you a free estimate before they fix anything. I never had any issues and they took care of the problems I had.

 + -1 moreExcellent from the moment I contacted them to the moment they left. Receptionist was friendly and helpful - and I got same day service. The gent that came out was very helpful and informative and really did a good job of diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me, and making the repair. Very professional.
Description of Work: A/C unit was no longer cooling the house.

 + -1 moreI called the company for an estimate which was $99-$125,I paid $135 for an annual service check. The estimate included a digital thermostat, which he did not recommend. Chris said he would be here tomorrow; he canceled that day and was late the next day.
Description of Work: Annual AC check and maintenence-power washed the unit, changed air filter and calibrated thermostat.

 + -1 moreThey also re-routed the drip pipe for overflow drainage and installed a second air return. I was expecting it to be more expensive. They had to climb up a very small attic opening without stairs to replace one of the units. They completed the work in one very long day for them! Very professional, very prompt and courteous. I was more than pleased.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 heating/AC units in our home. Neither unit did well last summer, and over last weekend one unit completely froze up and wound not heat at all. Both units were approx 23 years old, so we did not even ask them to try to repair them. We needed to upgrade to more efficient units anyway.

 + -1 moreIt went great, I am a general contractor that subs out hvac. Another hvac company completely messed up this job. Chris came in and fixed it. I always use him, the homeowner of this job wanted to use someone he knew and Chris had to come in and do it over. We highly recommend him!
