My upright freezer quit working the previous night.  At 8:00 AM I began calling several providers and Jimmy answered first. I explained my situation, provided the make and model of the freezer so he could look up parts.  He told me that he try to get out there before 10:00 AM but promised that he would be there before 12:00 PM.  He showed up within the hour, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the circuit board and display.  Freezer began working as designed. He was pleasant and inquisitive on the root cause of the problem (electrical storm), as the freezer was only three years old.

The work was acceptable but the cost was high. He was very nice and prompt.

Bad Experience. Did not look at the Oven and guess work( that a board was wrong and would cost $450 doolars to replace it) without doing any technical investigation. Will not use them again.

I went to a local appliance sales and repair store after searching Angie's List for a service person. When visiting them I was informed they did not service what they did not sell, but I was provided a technician to contact which was Mr. Koon. After contacting him, we scheduled his visit for the following Tuesday (called on Thursday or Friday- can't remember). The service fee was $65 which was deducted from the price of repair if we decided to let him preform the work. He arrived before the scheduled time, was very professional, and walked us through the repair. He identified the problem and had the part to repair the oven with him. Total job time was about 30 minutes from the time he arrived until my oven was working again. I would definitely used him again. My husband has even programmed his number in his phone in case we ever need him again:-D
