 + -1 moreHis name is James O'Neil. He comes twice a year and we have been using him for 15 years. He repairs it when it needs repairs but it rarely needs repair because he does the maintenance every six month. The price is for the whole year. It has been a good experience. He has always been real good to come out when we need him. We haven't compared his prices but he is competitive.
Description of Work: We use O'Neil Heat & Air to service our air conditioner. He was last here for the spring check in April. He cleaned the outside heat and air unit and checked the freon and the motor. He checked everything. He will be coming back in a few months.
