Heating and Air Conditioning Service
His name is James O'Neil. He comes twice a year and we have been using him for 15 years. He repairs it when it needs repairs but it rarely needs repair because he does the maintenance every six month. The price is for the whole year. It has been a good experience. He has always been real good to come out when we need him. We haven't compared his prices but he is competitive.
