+ -1 moreI have bought mattresses from Mattress Outlet in Hixson and was pleased with the product. This prior purchase was approx 2005 and the quality and service has severely gone down hill. I would never recommend anyone purchase a mattress or box springs from this retail store.
Description of Work: Mr. Pickett, that represented the store, came to look at the mattress that we bought from his store on 9/18/2009. I told him the mattress internals springs, etc had come undone and requested him to check it out. It took 5 weeks for him to contact me to schedule the home visit on 8/20/2010. He denied that the mattress was bad but laid claim that the box springs that we bought from his store on the same date was defective. It is very obvious that the mattress is defective.
