Crystal was amazing! She was very personable and down to earth, not even flinching when I asked her how much I should tip her ($5-10 is standard, $20 is above average ) She said I didn't have to tip her anything, but I tipped her $10. The price I quoted did not include the tip. I have never paid over $40 for my hair in my life, so I had to get over the sticker shock, but I'm glad I went. I brought lots of pictures of haircuts with me that I'd gotten online. I wanted her to have a really good feel for what I like and don't like. She said it was very helpful, to see what I did and didn't like. If I had not brought in the pictures she said she probably would've cut my hair in a more "fixed" style. But because I like the tousled look, going with my natural wave, she adapted 3 of the pictures and kind of created her own haircut. She paid very good attention to what I liked and didn't like, and didn't try to upsell me on covering my grey or having my whole head highlighted, which was more expensive. She said if I don't wear my hair up, I would probably be just as happy with highlights on top.. She also discounted my cut $5, which isn't much, but I appreciated it. She didn't try to talk me into buying product and I went to walmart afterwards and bought some mousse. One thing I would definitely advise is to be honest with yourself and your hairdresser about how much time you're committed to putting in to have that gorgeous cut you printed off the internet. I am a no fuss person, so I told her up-front that if it takes longer than 15 minutes to achieve the look, it's not the cut for me. I also deferred to her knowledge about the texture and fineness of my hair and what would and wouldn't work. She did a great job and I love my hair. When she was styling it, she would ask if the bangs were gonna bug me and offer to go shorter. The haircut kind of morphed as I decided I wanted my lower lobes showing as she was styling it. One side was being difficult and she had to wet it and try again. She told me to play around with it for a few days, but if it's giving me problems, call her and we'll either cut it differently there or talk about how to get it to do what I want. I am very pleased with the job Crystal did and I will definitely go back. I feel like I've come into the 21st century with this cut. It's stylish, easy to fix, attractive and feminine.

I had a last minute trip out of town scheduled and was unable to get in to see my regular hairstylist. On Friday morning, I began calling around to find a salon with an opening for either that Friday afternoon or Saturday. I was able to get an appointment for Saturday at Graphics Hair Design with Crystal. She did a wonderful job and the place was great!

They are really good. They were recommended to me. I ended up going to a social function and picking on a couple of ladies who have pretty hair and asked them where they go for their hair styling. They recommended this place. I go to the owner, her name is Rhonda but they have about ten or twelve stylist. They are really talented. They treat you really nice. It's not fancy but it's a nice salon. It's only about two years old but they had been in another location for about ten years before that. They are moderately priced, they are not real cheap or they are not real high. They treat everybody very nice. They do men also and they have people of all ages because I am sixty-four. They do old ladies and they do a lot of young ladies too. I love them. In terms of price, I lived in Tampa for fifty-nine years and I had some one there that was a little cheaper but times have changed too. I would think that the pricing is fair.
