I can never seem to reach them except through their 800 phone number. Anytime I have a problem and I have to call somebody it usually does not go straight through. I usually go through somebody I don't understand if I happen to call during work hours on a week day. Things with billing I actually would up going to their office because standing in front of somebody talking to them seems to be much more effective. If I had another option I would take it in a heartbeat.
