It went well. They asked me what programs I wanted to keep on the computer and then they deleted everything else off. I haven't had any trouble since then. They even told me what was the best way to keep it virus free.

They were excellent both times. They were relatively inexpensive because of what happened. I think it was probably about 30 bucks each time. They could have charged me a whole lot more but they just said that they really can’t fix it rather than try screw around something that they could not fix. Since they were honest and they charged me reasonable for what they did and they did not try to cheat me I went in the second time. Price wise I think they are about average they are not particularly cheap or smug expensive. It was a fair price. They were quite thorough.

Everything went great. They were honest, truthful and there was NO pressure or "hard sell." They transferred all data from my old computer to the new one, then wiped old computer clean for disposal. Had the new computer next day.
