If you get behind on your bill they will cancel your service and charge you for the remainder of "contract" and a lawyer fee. If it was past your contract date they also "automatically" renew your contract past the term you signed a contract for unless you submit a written cancellation of contract.

They struggled because I had some additional things added and they had a very difficult time figuring out how to get the bits and pieces together. There were two guys here, a young one a and older one and the young guy really seemed to struggled. We are now able to use the alarm. When they came in they gave me a price and it was approximately the same as what anyone else would do it for. When they came in and did the extra equipment they billed me for both at the same time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Action Alarms. Everyone I have spoken or dealt with have been above and beyond kind/helpful. I spoke to quite a few alarm companies before deciding to go with Action Alarms. The other companies talked a good game, but Action was able to tell me exactly what I needed and didn't need. They have put my mind at ease with security for my family.

A recent confusion led to what was believed to have been an unpaid bill when a new electronic pay billing service was introduced. The wrong account number was used and although they cashed the funds I did not get credit. The issue was resolved via email and follow up phone calls to the satisfaction of all.
