I appreciate how this business was accommodating for my parents. I live in Illinois and my senior parents are in Alabama, therefore, it is extra difficult to trust someone will take good care of your loved ones. It was so refreshing to have a excellent experience from the first conversation. Professional, friendly, kindness, and, pure awesomeness. My parents can now safely and securely take showers with assurance they have a safety handrail in not just one bathroom but both. It is a good feeling to know there are still people that take pride in their workmanship and provide good service. Thank you from my parents as well as our family. This is one less worry that we have. We would highly recommend.
