They came out twice and changed the A/C unit but it is still not kicking in when the the temp drops. They never even looked at the parts outside, cleaned it, or did anything with the wiring. Then they claim they have to see it to diagnose it like I am crazy or something but when I call they don't come out in time to see the problem in action. And they replaced my programable unit for a simple non programable one from the 1990s as if that was the problem!

The drain had clogged in my system and flooded the room it was housed in. I called Head Air Conditioning and they came right out. They cleaned up all the water, cleared the drain and cleaned coils. I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything to me and advised me on how to avoid having this occur again. They were very professional and friendly. I will be calling them anytime I need help with my air conditioning.
