Jair and his team were simply amazing. I hired VM Southern Construction to put down brick over an existing concrete covered patio. After receiving multiple bids, it was a clear choice. I knew immediately when he arrived at my home. It was apparent he had it together, knew what he was doing, listened, gave advice, and was just generally a good guy. Instinct! And it paid off. He/crew showed up on-time/when they said they would. The quality of work is AMAZING. My wife and I commented on how much better the patio looks than the brick work on the house itself - and the house is brand new. The crew took their time to do it right. They are good at their craft! And they cleaned up perfectly when they were done. I 1000% will be hiring them again for additional projects. No question!
