Very good customer service. Gave an extension of time for no add'l fee. Promised to pick up on Tuesday and didn't come until Thurs., but I had said it would be OK, so not a serious problem. Price was higher than the last time with a different company, but I couldn't find it, so I went with this co. No regrets.
