Patch Master Serving South Atlanta

Great work - they really take a lot of care and we were very pleased.

This is the second time I've had Patch Master of South Atlanta out to my home to repair some drywall. This time was due to water damage to my garage ceiling caused by a roof leak. Derek provided a reasonable estimate and quickly had the repair work scheduled and completed. Derek personally followed up after the repair work was completed to ensure I was satisfied with all aspects of the work performed.

Derek Wilson is the owner of this business. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He sent me a quote for my job, replacing half of a garage ceiling, site unseen, which was less than other quotes I had received. Before I signed with him, I asked him to come out and take a look at the actual job. He did and kept the price he quoted me. All good. My only complaint is the actual length of time it took to do the job. He told me it would take two days to do. It ended up taking a week. The drywall was put up in one day. The time issue came with the taping and mudding. Long story short, there was a problem with how the mudding was applied, not by Derek but by his helper. The helper didn’t come back the next day and Derek had to get extra help to finish the job which delayed finishing the project by several days. It did get finished however and the ceiling looks good again. I would recommend this Patch Master for drywall repairs.
