Otis was very thorough in checking out my house's electrical system and identifying the cause and corrective actions required to correct. GP's power line had lost its ground at my house's terminal and reduced the electricity phases to 2 creating a dangerous condition and destroying all fractional size motors and a few older major appliances. He stays extremely busy and was unable to return and assist me in identifying all the motors affected.

Awesome!!! O&M Electric, Inc. is an excellent company to do business with. They provided very professional service in a timely manner. Otis installed my ceiling fans, recess lighting, exterior lighting and outlet to my satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain what type of lighting he was installing (LED, CFL, soft lighting vs. daylight, etc...) I have already snapped a picture of his business card and sent it out to several friends of mine. I would definitely recommend his service to others. Great Job!!!

Bruce and Adrian did an excellent job installing my new fixtures. They took care not to damage the house and cleaned up when they were finished. They were very professional, kept me informed of their progress, and everything worked perfectly. I was very impressed with them. Also, Otis came by during the work to check and make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. That's customer service. I know who I will be using for all my future electrical work.

I had no power in my bedroom. i changed every outlet but couldn't find the problem. Otis came out and found the problem. Very professional and quick. I took a couple of his business cards so i can give them to family and friends. I will definitely call him again if I ever have another problem.

Great service, very prompt and efficient with little disturbance. My only negative is the surprise price difference between the over the phone quote and the invoice for completed service. I would use them again because of the great work, just with different expectations of their price.
