We moved to Sharpsburg about 10 years ago so we had them that long. They never made me mad. We never really had a problem with bugs so I guess they are doing their job. They usually call and let me know when they are coming so I just spoke with her this afternoon. She was letting me know that she wasn't coming because of the storms.

Cooks has been doing monthly pest control at my home for many years.  I have never had a problem and they are always wiling to return if something does need to be taken care of.  We recently moved and ask them to take care of our new home.  They were very prompt and the best thing is that thier cost only increased a few dollars.  We highly recommend Cook's Pest Control Services.  Thier technicans are very knowlegable and professional.

They are very responsive. They came back free of charge when I detected areas where ants are thriving.

They do an excellent job.  They always do what I tell them to, and seem to be very effective.  I have used them for over 2 years now, and have been pleased with their service.

They gave me pretty inclusive service.  For pest control I was paying $37 a month which was a little bit more expensive than most of the exterminators who come just once a quarter but Cook’s pest control came out monthly so I was okay with the price.  They are very involved and the service person that I had was very good.  The company was a little bit impersonal, I never heard from the company at all except when they wanted to try to sell me something.  I was not really impressed with the company but I was real impressed with the technician.  If I get the same technician I would use them again in the future but if I get another technician then I will have to wait and see.

They have been really good. I just lost my job not too long ago, and they've been working with us on minimal payments. They work really well with you. If I have a question, I just call the office.

I signed a new contract with them, and it is somewhere around $800 a year. I have had them only for about four or five months, and I am very satisfied with them. They are very personable and professional. They do a good job of explaining all their services, and they deliver what they say they are going to provide. They are willing to be flexible with their business schedule in case I need any interior pest control done also. There are no hidden costs. I would use them again in the future.

Cook's was okay. All the pest control and exterminating companies around here are the same. They want you in a long term contract. That doesn't much appeal to me these days. I can handle most things on my own now that I am retired. I mean, I would not say anything overly bad about them, but I'd say they are average. I don't think I have any plans of signing up with them for more pest control or probably any other pest control companies either because they all pressure you for those contractual agreements, which I don't care for.

To be quite honest, I think Cooks is average. I do not find them to have real personalities or to go above and beyond to make you feel like you are especially valued to them. I think they do their job enough. They probably charge about what other companies in the area charge and I would not say they are bad, per say. On the other hand, I would not say they are outstanding and are going to knock your socks off. They are just fine in general.

COMPANY RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANOR. THE WERE NICE AND ANIMAL FRIENDLY. THE CHEMICAL THEY USED DID NOT HAVE A LOUD ODOR AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

SO-SO. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO SOME STUFF, WHICH THEY DID NOT. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION, WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE.
