It was a fantastic experience. He built our house in record time,14 weeks. Quality workmanship all around from the fixtures,to the custom solid wood cabinets, to the foam insulation, to rounded corners on all walls, to mention a few items. Lanier and his crew specializes in attention to detail and working with the customer to ensure satisfaction when the project is finished. I am noted for my long checklists, and he only had two things both minor cosmetics easily handled with a little more chaulk, which where corrected the day I made the list. Mr. Phillips and his crew did a fantastic job, we would gladly use them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They also specialize in home renovation.
