They arrived on time with 3 instead of 4 people as planned.  They worked longer than I woiuld have anticipated due to the limited amount of work needing to be completed.  After left I noticed that there was still dust and dirt in places I was sure would be caught and covered.  I contacted the owner and she was willing to come back and make corrections but I was overwhelmed with moving and decided not to call them back.

Overall, everything is good. At times they miss things, but  they have no problem coming back to get anything they missed. They fill out a check-off list to make sure they accomplish everything, so that way if they didn't get it we can be sure it wasn't an oversight. They are very friendly and provide good service. I would absolutely recommend them.

They did an excellent job! This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am now spoiled and would go nowhere else! They moved all moveable items to clean under them and put them back where they were. They took their time cleaning ALL surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms, leaving them shining! The floors were mopped or vacuumed and cleaned well along the edges. They cleaned the mirrors to a gleam and even did a few little extras happily for no extra charge. I had a lot of cat hair and dander which they cleaned up wonderfully! Every thing was "s*** and span" and my whole house smelled great when they were done.There was no up-selling or change in the quoted price and all the ladies were professional, friendly and hardworking!
