I removed small pieces of furniture and vaccumed before they arrived. My daughter did the same at her home as did my son at his home. They were patient while I shifted my pets around because the front door had to be left open for the hose to run through. They also deodorized the carpet and when finished asked if I needed any other areas completed. They did not try to sell me anything else. They did the entire house for $100 which included 4 bedrooms, greatroom, den, stairs, and hallway. Will be calling them back again and highly recommend them. The owners of the company did the work and they are just getting started.
