He was not very punctual. When he was doing the plumbing work, he left the water on. That caused me to have a huge stain on the ceiling below the bathroom and left a huge mess. I have a popcorn ceiling and this damaged it greatly. At the time I was trying to sell my house. What we determined is that the entire downstairs would need to be repainted because there is no room separation, it all flows together. He started this project in May and finished in June. I have been trying to get a contract from him in writing and he now won't answer my calls. I also paid him in full, so he now has my money, but I've not received my full services from him. I thought I could trust him at the time. So, now I have a huge stain on my ceiling. The cost was labor only, I bought all the equipment for this.
Description of Work: He did some bathroom remodeling. He put in a new back door as well as some other small things around the house. The main project was our bathroom remodel. He put a new tile floor in, new vanity, cabinet and faucets.
