We had a lightening strike that melted the meter and put us in danger of a fire. Myriad came out immediately when we called, and worked on the long and difficult repair. We are now up and safe to our great relief. They were professional, timely, kept their promises, cleaned up, and did an excellent job. Devon and Adam were awesome, and their Supervisor Jason went out of his way to be sure we knew what was happening and when.

Professional, courteous, and responsive/receptive to concerns. Promptly addressed customer callback with immediate service tech response to make sure job was completed satisfactory. No run around. Parts priced reasonably to what I could source myself. Rates competitive locally. Small project, but estimate was right on target.

Final price of the job exceeded the verbal estimate by more than 50%, but it was a significant one-day project that went long. Early phone communications with the estimator were erratic, although office staff smoothed the process well. Professional service and job execution by the electricians were excellent. They worked and didn't waste time. They were neat, professional and cleaned up. I would hire this company again.
