Excalibur Mechanical and Plumbing

We went through multiple iterations getting a warranty replacement of our shower steam generator. The replacement unit sent by the vendor was also defective. Cameron & his son were very patient dealing with the process and the problems that arose. Excalibur came out a total of 4 times to get things working. They were troopers dealing with the vendor trying to figure out the problem. Ultimately it was a failed motherboard.

Cameron and his team were responsive, timely, friendly and professional. His recommended solutions to my needs were clearly communicated and he made sure I understood the technicalities. He and his team then executed multiple projects at a respectable pace and a high quality standard. Cameron's experience and expertise was apparent and now I consider him to be my go-to plumber for any and all future jobs.

CAMERON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY. HE IS A MASTER GAS PLUMBER. HE INSTALLED A GAS LINE IN MY HOME FROM THE HOT WATER HEATER TO CONNECT THE GAS STOVE. CAMERON WORKS FAST & WAS VERY NEAT CLEANING UP. VERY REASONABLY PRICES. EXCELLENT SERVICE & HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CAMERON & USE HIM AGAIN.

Excellent service, highly recommended. Cameron installed utility sink in laundry room. He has to ran new line to install the sink. He completed work within couple of hours.

Fast response courteous and completed the job quickly. I needed it done quickly and that was accomplished. My only reason for the 3.5 stars on cost if I could have waited believe I would have found a better price. I would use him again and I would recommend them based on my personal experience with the dripping shower faucet.

I had a plumber look at situation before Excalibur came in, was told they would have to remove brand new tile in shower. Excalibur came, bottom line simple fix, NO emoval of tile, professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE, fixed problem by cutting small home in drywall in wall behind shower, replaced valve, problem solved. Definitely recommend
