Description of Work: We purchased water delivery from Hinkley Springs here in the Chicago area. The only two times they arrived as scheduled was on their first visit and the last visit. This was when they dropped off and picked-up the water cooler. They never delivered the water bottles as scheduled and the last two deliveries never took place, but we were charged. I called their customer service number and was constantly told that they did deliver the water. I gave them one more chance and when the water was not delivered as scheduled I called to cancel the service and again they told me that they had delivered the water bottles. I would not recommend using this company in the Chicago area as their delivery service is unreliable.

Description of Work: I just ordered water delivery service from DS Waters today. My first delivery will be on April 20th. I can't speak yet to their punctuality or quality, but it's bottled water, so I can't imagine there will be any problem with quality. They have a number of other products to choose from, and I may in the future order my K-cups from them as well if the price is competetive. The customer service rep was very helpful and professional. I think this will be a good company to work with. If possible, I will update this review after a month or so.

 + -1 moreIt's a really good company. They have been on time and they have been responsive to any requests that we have. They come every other week and we spend on a monthly basis.
Description of Work: The bottled water company delivers bottled water every two weeks.

 + -1 moreWe order purified water which tastes great. The price is good too compared to purchasing it in stores. The water cooler/heater works great too. The delivery leaves a little to be desired. They won't ring the doorbell to bring the water inside or to inquire about empties. I wish they would do that because I am pregnant and it is difficult for me to pick them up from the front porch.
