They did a wonderful job until it was time to pay. Daniel the owner, I was told that he would do all the tree and cut it down for $11000. If he does it within that week or $14100 if within the month. I did it within the week. I put the 20% down when he got the finish. He charges me for the 30 days instead of the week. I told them I want to do the monthly payment. He told me that he does not do monthly payments or finances. But he'll make inception and do 1800 per month plus $300. He was just a liar from the beginning.

I'm not the easiest consumer and I will be honest. I was hesitant to use this provider as the reviews were mixed. I did some more research from other sources including BBB and other sources, and decided that I would try them over higher rated companies. I actually purchased am amazing deal from another company, but I was concerned that they were a little out of their league as my yard needed more then landscaping but not land clearing if that makes sense. The contract spelled out the details in great detail, and while there were some minor communication issues with the crew, none of them were service impacting what so ever. I was really pleased from start to finish and will use Daniel and company again.Thanks!!!

Daniel arrived a day late for his estimate visit and wasn't too apologetic about it. We needed our gutters cleaned. We haggled on the price and still probably ended up paying too much for a 2400 square ft house plus garage. We had a drainage project to remove rainwater flowing down a small embankment. He kept changing his mind as to how he might do the project, and his estimate kept going up. He initially told us he wanted about $3800, went to his truck to calculate, and came back with $4200. We felt uneasy and decided to let his company clean the gutters, but not do the larger project. We called someone else who came up with a logical, simpler and more efficient fix for almost half the cost.

We did have to get someone to pressure wash our home after that and it was maybe not their fault as that is how they clean the gutters. We would not use them again as we want to find a company that actually cleans the gutters out.

I ordered the Big Deal special with this company for $99 gutter cleaning for one to two story home up to $4000 sq ft. When I called to schedule the appt this provider mentioned estimate. I specifically asked him about this estimate and I didn't need nothing else - just the gutter cleaning I ordered. When the provider came out to the house, he started mentioning the cost of gas to come to the house and the use of the blower for the debris removal. This increased the amount to approx $180. I asked him again about the $99 special. He stated the deal had expired. I told him my coupon stated no expiration date. He then stated he had not received my request from Angie's list, which was another dishonest statement. A few days after I ordered his service he sent me an email message asking for my address. He continued to want to do business by dropping the cost but after his dishonesty, I didn't want to deal with him. This was not a good experience.

The only thing I had a problem with was the scheduling. He was very busy and I had hoped to give it to my husband as an anniversary gift. However, once we did schedule the appointment, he was on time, professional, and did a great job. I plan on using him again in the future and have his number stored in my phone.

Let me just say that my experience with this company was the worst I had experience in a very long time! First, I had a hard time getting anyone on the phone. After serveral phone calls and messages left, I finally got someone (I believe that he is the owner) on the phone. When I tried to set the appointment, he became incomprehensible. I never had such a difficult time following anyone's reasoning. All I wanted to do was to use my Big Deal purchase and have them come and clean my gutters. That's the service I paid for. He kept saying he needed to do an estimate. The offer didn't say anything about an estimate, just that they would clean the gutters of a house the size of mine for $99.00. He wouldn't tell me if I needed to be present during the work, how long it would take, what I needed to do to prepare for the arrival of the service staff, or even when he could come a do the work. Finally, I got him to set the appointment. As soon as he heard my address, he claimed that he didn't travel that far. What far? I am right in Atlanta! Plus, the deal had no distance stipulations indicated. I always check. What a waste of time and money! I immediately contacted Angie's List for a refund, which they promptly arranged, as well as arrange for another provider. I wish I could say that I have had much luck with the new company either...!

The provider is hard to communicate with. Instead of calling us to schedule an appointment he showed up unannounced one afternoon. Fortunately I was home to talk to him, and we agreed he and his team would return the following week to perform the work. We agreed to a time. The next week he showed up 90 minutes late, without any workers. I explained the work we wanted his team to do and he revealed extra charges that were not mentioned in the original deal. We were willing to work with those extra charges, within reason, but I needed time to discuss them with my wife, who was unavailable due to work. When I asked if he could return at a later date he said the deal only included two visits and that he'd already come out to our house twice. Of course the first visit was unscheduled and thus should not count. Between that and the extra charge we decided it was best to look elsewhere for our lawn care needs.

Their communication is a little lacking, but they did a good job. I bought this as a gift. I called first to make sure they serviced the area and they did. I spoke with the owner and he was on a job and seemed a little rushed. I wanted to schedule it for a week or two in advance, but he said they schedule "little" jobs around their other big jobs, so he couldn't guarantee a time so far in advance. After chatting a little while, we finally agreed on a day and he said they'd call ahead of time to let me know when they'd be there. I send a follow up message through Angie's List just to make sure they had the correct address, and day. I did receive a confirmation message. So, when the day arrived, they showed up at my house at 8am! Again, I bought this as a gift...so I went and got my paperwork (the messages that I printed) to show them the address and when I got back to the door, he had found it on their paperwork. They were very apologetic and took right off to the gift recipient's house to clean the gutters. It was a little discombobulated...but the work ended up getting done, and done well...so overall, I can't complain. Just be prepared to do a little extra leg work.

In the end, they did a spectacular job. I told them what I wanted and then we discussed prices. They got me a good deal on removing about 20 trees. They cleaned around the trees that were left, put done pine and wheat straw, receded the lawn, moved and cleared out ivy, and planted a garden. My new garden is now bricked in so the soil doesn’t run off and it looks really nice now. They did all kinds of things and I was surprised at how quickly they were able to do everything. They did the work over several days. The workers were very personable too. In the 20 years we’ve owned our house, our home has never looked so good. They took our home from looking like a haunted house to a real home! They were able to bring it back to life after being neglected for several years. The price went well beyond the Big Deal price because I requested tree removal, but I agreed to all prices before the work even started. They were really, really good and the price was very fair for all that they did.
