My heat went out on Christmas Eve (Tuesday). After calling my home warranty service company they recommended Davis Heating and Cooling. Within minutes of getting off the phone with my home warranty service company Mr. Davis called me to arrange a time to come and service my unit. He gave me a two hour window and then at my request called me 20 minutes before arriving at my house so that I could meet him. He was right on time within that original window. He arrived at my house, was very courteous introducing himself and wiping his feet before entering my home. I explained my situation and told him that I had replaced my thermostat two days earlier. After thinking about it I realized that I very well could have messed my heater up with my install job. I would highly recommend this company. He seems to be a hard working, honest man.
