He chose them because of their integrity. We were going to be gone for a month and we wanted them to do most of the work while we were gone. It was absolutely perfect. While we were out of town we had hardwood floors put in by them. We did not have any complaints whatsoever. I would use them again and I would recommend them.
I will tell you that I have had some friends use them and they didn't like them because they thought there were too many meetings. Like, when we hired them, we must have had 5 or 6 meetings before they started working to make sure we all knew what we were doing. Some of my friends didn't like that part. They just wanted to tell them what they wanted and then drop it. I didn't have that complaint. I liked all the meetings.
