They like to over-inflate prices to customers. They do not clearly provide a clear and informative cost of what they're charging you. They just provide a base number without telling you what the charges actually are. So, we need to be aware of misrepresentations to customers.

I was quite pleased with the efficiency of this team of workers, their knowledge of the job at hand was displayed in by the quick diagnosis and response in processing and repairs needed, the items needed for repair and cost associated with the entire project. Once work began, it was completed in 2 days, with the next project in 3 days. Cleanup was done immediately after project was completed. customer service 100% overall satisfaction was 100 %

Hired them in July 2024 to fix a leak. Eddie claimed to have fixed the leak. I just called to let him know that my roof is still leaking and he is telling me to monitor it call him back in a week. His work was supposedly guaranteed for 2 years...its only been two months and I am being told to monitor the leak and call back. Who does that?
