They came out when promised, found the problem pretty quickly (worn insulation caused a wire to short against a coolant tube, causing a leak and all the refrigerant leaked out. They got me an estimate, and came out the next day to do the work. I've used A/C Doctors several times before and have always been happy with their service. Despite the fact that my heat pump is nearly 18 years old, they did not even suggest that I should replace it, which I appreciated.
