From the initial consultation to the actual scheduling and execution, everyone was incredibly professional and courteous. I respect the type of operation that is more of a side business or start-up, but that is not TKO. It is quite clear that TKO has the technology, infrastructure, and training program that is enjoyed with a large operation, while they still are able to maintain a personal touch.
I have gone through three different cleaning companies since we moved to Georgia. None of them even came close to what the ladies of TKO did for us. For years I have paid good money for cleaning companies only to settle for the fact that they will never be as good at cleaning my home as I am. That has finally changed!!! TKO cleaned my house as well or better than I could! As long as they are in business, they will have my business. I HIGHLY recommend them.
A side note - they even have several options for cleaning products (scents, "green," etc.) and they keep notes specific to your home on their iPads...so no having to remind the team of your preferences each cleaning. Nice!
Their work has always been of high quality. Usually 2 to 4 workers gets them in and out fast. Prompt, bring their own supplies and equipment, and immediately begin work. No smokers, don't track in and respect valuables if on their client work list. First visit Tara will eamine your needs, set a price and frequency. Not happy, let them go, no keys or alarm codes to remove. Privately owned and not a franchise, we live in Fayette County. Always request feedback and listen and correct.
Cons-
Someone generally has to be home, but other arrangements can be made.
Sometimes around Holiday periods scheduling can be a problem and they split crews. They still do a proper job but the larger the crew the better the job.
Price is slightly above other cleaning services but the work is a premium product.
