 + -1 moreI had the feeling in the store that if I wanted to spend hours picking out a mattress they would be OK with that. The delivery was scheduled at my convenience, not theirs. The 2 delivery guys (OMF employees - I liked that) were very nice young men who had obviously been working together for a while. Very efficient and picked up everything and even helped me put on the sheets! They were in and out in no time. And the new mattress is great.

 + -1 more. Purchase made at Buford GA location near the Mall of GA, not in Fayetteville as noted above. Salesperson October Phillips helped us make an informed and confident decision. A very professional and relaxed in-store atmosphere, unlike many of The Original Mattress Factory's and quot;high pressureand quot;competitors. Delivery, set up and removal of old bedding was timely and performed competently by two very courteous workers. Overall, extremely pleased.

 + -1 moreThis was the second mattress and box springs I have purchased from them. The first was approx 16 yrs ago. We loved that mattress so much we definitely wanted to replace it with another one from this company. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The scheduled delivery was on time and the guys were pleasant and had the old mattress and box springs removed and the new ones installed in no time.
Description of Work: Purchased king size mattress and box springs. Delivered, installed also removed old mattress and box springs.
