Eric was great. Very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. He asked us about any issues we were having - then went to it. I told him we are having a good many spiders and a couple of roaches. He said he would take care of it and did. I feel he went the "extra mile" for us - which was well appreciated. Reasons we are still with you guys for some 30+ years in three different homes in Riverdale, Fayetteville and Jonesboro.

I had them for a little bit. I wasn't real happy with them. When I bought my house they had done the bait stations for the builder. I didn't want to continue it and they said I broke one of the bait stations, which I didn't. They wanted to charge me and I wasn't going to pay it. They kept sending me bills and sending me bills. I said whatever, you can take me to court or whatever, I didn't contract with you the builder contracted with you. They were okay with being responsive.

We have used them for a while now and are very pleased.

We had to call them to come out again for bugs found in house a week or two after they sprayed. The biggest disappointment --- we received a letter from them in the Spring stating the house was due for termite treatment. The day the people were to arrive, they saw we had tile on our front porch instead of concrete. The technicians were at least nice enough to let us know if they drill on the front porch it would tear the tile up. My Husband told them not do to do it and they said the office would be in contact. The main office called back and said we could do the bait system, which would be $399 plus $80 a quarter to check. We said we would get back with them and when we did I believe one of the owner's or an owner's Son called back and pushed the price up to $499 and $80.00 a quarter. He said he didn't understand why they couldn't drill. He was very sarcastic and didn't want to work with us, he said he had no record of that. How is that OK to raise the price $100 over what was told to us the day they were supposed to do the treatment? We are cancelling their service, the bug service is mediocre, but the man I talked to had no customer service skills. He treated me like I was some dumb woman, especially when I said they had to come back and respray for bugs. He acted like that was normal and how dare I expect bugs on the outside to be killed. I understand bugs on the outside can't be eradicated, but we shouldn't have any on the inside, especially since we have been using them since August and the owners before us used them too. I will say that the regular people who came to exterminate for bugs were always very friendly and even the women in the office were nice when I had to call. Even the two men who came the first day when they thought they were doing the drilling for termite treatment were very nice. They cared about not damaging our house. The person who was rude to me was a man whose last name is the same as the company's.

They were prompt, courtesy and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and what to expect as a result.

David Webb performed home pest control preventative service on my home. I called on Thursday, and set up the appointment for Friday (next day) David called at 15 minutes before appointment to let me know an accident had delayed him - he was stuck in traffic and couldn't get through. He still arrived only 5 minutes late, and was very apologetic. We have all been stuck behind an accident, and his notification and genuine fluster about his tardiness. It was NOT an issue for me, however, I appreciate his concern.
He quickly and efficiently answered my questions, concerns about my pets, and the effect of the insecticide on my babies. He also explained the service agreement and then quickly got to work. When finished, he gave me a complete list of his chemicals used and where. I was very impressed!

I decided to use this company because I like them. Their price is fine. They come every quarter I don't have to call them and they are here when they are supposed to be.

They do a great job. They're very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services. It's always good to see familiar faces and they generally send the same person when they come out.

They do a really good job. I don't have any bug problems, so I can't complain about anything. They're reasonably priced and very professional. They also provide good advice at no extra cost. I have no problem recommending them to others.

The work that Taylor Exterminating does is great. I've used these guys for over forty years now. My entire family also uses them. I have a fix priced since I'm a long standing customer with them. The prices is great they charge me so low but I don't think if a new customer came in right now that they would charge the same price I get service for.

I was very pleased with the technician's experience in explaining his examination (why/how/what)to me. He told me some things to look for, and to call to schedule treatment if things are noticed. This was our first time dealing with the company, and we are overall pleased thus far.
