The service technicians arrived promptly as promised. They quickly located the leak in my flower bed, replace the pipe , and then put the dirt back inside my flower bed. The guys were very professional. When they left there was nothing left behind indicating that a somewhat major repair was completed that day. I'm so pleased with the service that I have told all my neighbors to use them for their plumbing needs.

Though getting an appointment was a little complicated, once I was connected with a scheduler a time was chosen at my convenience. The agent came at the agreed time heard the noise. He quickly diagnosed the cause and came up with a reasonable quote. He then had to get the appropriate part and returned to replace the problem valve. By the afternoon the problem had been resolved. The agent AJ was polite and very professional. I am very pleased by the services rendered.

It went very well. I was fortunate to get the owner himself who surprisingly was able to come the very same day. He came on time, explained what he needed to do and was extremely professional and polite. He also took the time to do a check on another issue I was having with a knocking sound in the pipes and made an adjustment as a courtesy, which I thoroughly appreciated. Additionally, he followed up afterwards to check that all had continued to be well. This is a locally owned small business, which I was pleased to support. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking plumbing services.

They called back within 30 minutes of my initial call, gave me an accurate window for arrival, were very professional and friendly in person, and did a good job finding the problem. Extra credit for being very respectful of the home and bringing shoe covers (which I have learned are not standard for service people who come out). I would be very happy to use them again and highly recommend the company.

Small family owned business.  Has integrity with the job. Knows the business and the products.  Honest and was able to work with us despite not buying parts and labor from his dealer.  

Great plumbing experience.  My 16-year-old water heater was leaking from the pressure-relief valve on a Saturday afternoon.  After hours of Net-searching water heaters and "deals," I opted for the nearest master plumber, Arthur Chapman, and sent him an Angie's Note.  About 6 p.m. by then, I was surprised when he called within 5 minutes to discuss the problem - quoted me a price that was lower than anything I'd found online and set up appointment for Monday a.m.  He was punctual, courteous, and personable.  Arthur explained things, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to talk to.  From draining the old tank, switching in a new one, reconfiguring/soldering pipes, filling new tank, and showing me how it works, it took +/-3 hours, which I think is pretty speedy.  I'd highly recommend Arthur Chapman and will definitely call on him again for my next plumbing crisis.

it went extremely well the technician was very courteous completed a thorough iinspection of the gas line to make sure there were no leaks and fixed the problem

It's all good.  No more leaks.  No damage near the toilet.  Now I'll need to have someone repair the ceiling and repaint it.

I called them and they came out the next day. They were very helpful and did their job! They were here for quite a while and only charged for the fee to come out. They told me that I didn't have a leak but that there may be a problem with the overflow line. He said that if there were any problems that he would come out and check it again. I was very pleased with the service and the technician.

Member comments: The lady dispatching the plumber was confident the guys would make the 3:00 to 3:30 pm appointment. But they ran into a little problem and the repair at the job took them longer than expected. life is full of these kinds of disappointments. but Author and his second in command got to the rental by five. once they got to the property the work went swiftly. they fixed the leak in the tub, rooted out the drain clog from the hair. even put in my pedestal sink I didn't tell the dispatcher about. They did the work quickly and professionally.

If you want a good plumber at a good price call these guys and it won't be next week from Friday.

Based on the reviews and location, I contacted Plumbing Plus to come and repair my outside faucet. The person that answered the phone said she would call back with a time/date/estimate. She called back within the hour for next day service.

Arthur arrived on time, evaluated the problem, made a suggestion concerning insulating outside pipe and I said do it. He was done with repair and insulation and gone within 2 hours. Everything done to my satisfaction.

I will use Plumbing Plus the next time I need his service. Nice guy and great service.

They made this my best experience with a plumber. I even called back at a later date when I had another issue and he talked me through a fix over the phone and gave me his cell phone number free of charge. Excellent customer service and approach.

I have a rental property that a tenant just moved into the day before.  Her powder room toilet was running very slow and just got progressively worse.  My handy husband went to check on it and tried to plunge and snake the toilet, but only worsened the situation.  Water started backing up into the dish washer, the sink and a utility closet and on the hardwood floor.  He called me and I frantically looked on Angie's List for someone, ... Anyone for HELP!!!  
After several calls and several turn downs, and ""we don't come to that area"", and ""we can't come until tomorrow"",  I talked to the owner of Plumbing Plus, L.L.C. (I was able to get him on his cell phone, by the way.)   He was very nice and kept me calm, and assured me that he would get there in about 2 hours.
Well he got to the problem in less than an hour and took care of it.
  I am happy, and our tenant is happy, and the problem is solved.
This is the person that I will indeed call in the future if any other plumbing problems arise in any of our rental properties.
I could not thank him enough and when you have a great experience with a contractor, you don't mind sharing the information.

Arthur has always done a great job for me.
