Absolutely do not recommend Nature's Turf in Fayetteville. The weeds were significantly worse and the techs are not doing the spot treatments they say they are. We had their grass guy out who offered us a refund, but when we called the office the manager Sheryl refused. Their guarantee is worthless.

They were prompt in their response to my request for a quote. They came out and did a thorough job of reviewing my landscape issues with me. I'm very satisfied with the results so far.

.I have had this service for 15 months.  My lawn was the last to green up in the neighborhood.  It is sparse and not very green. The back yard is full of nut sedge and other weeds.  Nature's Turf always wants to charge me more for "dollar spot", of which there is no evidence in our lawn; as well they want to charge me for fungicide applications.  Bottom line... they are in Fayetteville GA which is far away and I really think they wanted to lose my business.  We have wasted our money for 15 months and now have to begin again.  We had such high hopes due to a rec from our daughter.  Our email to Ryan at Nature's Turf was answered after a day with a curt excuse that I did not pay for the fungicide; therefore, their lawn service didn't work.  Further, Ryan responded with an apology that their service was not up to my expectations.

By the way,  in 15 months, I never once actually saw or talked to a service tech...the sign just appeared in our front lawn.
How could the sign appear last time when I was in the back yard the whole time, yet the sign just appeared in my front yard when I carried something to the front?  I paid for service for the front and back yards, yet apparently, the tech just missed the whole back  yard!  Hmmmmm.....
Please don't waste your money with Nature's Turf.  I spent over $500 for nothing... just requests for MORE for "extra" treatments.

They do a good job. They come and do what they need to do, and go on schedule. There is no mess or issue, or stuff like that. Their products and services are effective.

I think Mr. Jackson did an aerial view of my property and determined the requirements were beyond the scope of the service he was providing.  He promptly telephoned and gave me his assessment of my property; detailed the services Natures Turf provided; suggested a couple of sources that could bring my property in line with the services Natures Turf provides; gave me a couple of referrals and promptly refunded my payment.

My experience was good.  I signed up for additional yearly service.  It was all hassle free.

So far, we have been pleased. We have hired them to do monthly treatments for a year. The only complaint was that when we bought the initial service, we thought it would include the backyard.

• Very responsive company. They were recommended to me by my daughter who has used them for years.
• Now the company is serving Lilburn, GA also.
• Very please with their work so far.

A really nice guy called, we chatted, and we agreed on an appt. for Friday.  However, he called on Thursday and wanted to come about noon.  That time was not convenient, but I did agree for him to come about 2.  He seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a price for regular visits.  He then did the introductory special.  Maybe it was because he was in a hurry to get back to his jury duty (He had on his badge for that.), but he did not do a good application.  Part of the problem was the apparatus he used; it was not as well-designed as the one used by another company.  I was very disappointed, since I had been impressed with him in general.  However, I figured that a regular technician would do an even poorer job than the salesman who was trying to get business.

I did not call them back because, I wanted to see something happening before I committed to anything. I did not see any of the weeds dying. He did tell me that it would take several treatments. I told him that I did not want to do it anymore because, there was nothing happening. He left a note in the door and left. I expected to see something dying. The price was good for the first treatment. He came on time and left in 15 minutes. I would not use them again.

My experience with them went good. Actually, I have not met any of them. I handled all via phone, and then, they just went out and did their thing. There were no additional charges. It was just the purchase price, and they did a quote for an on going service. They are going to continue doing the services for the same price for the rest of the year.

Went perfect. They responded and were out to do the job the next week after purchasing.

Provider was courteous, professional, responsive and punctual.
