It looked really nice for the first two and a half weeks, but got much worse from there. They broke part of my cement driveway because their dirt truck was too heavy. When they did this, they broke parts of the sprinklers when they replaced the cement. They even tried to charge me for these repairs. There were also a couple areas that were always soggy and I thought there was a leak. They said there wasn’t. I also thought some areas were being watered that shouldn’t so I asked for a plan for the system. They told me no one ever asks for that and they’re not going to waste their time having someone draw that up. There were also two dips in the yard that they were supposed to repair. While they did repair it, they didn’t sod the larger area because they said it would just sink down anyway. They also charged me $250 for Roundup that I don’t believe was ever applied. They also cut through my electric and cable lines when they were doing their work. They said not to walk on the sod for a while, but that had to be done to have my utilities fixed. The grass is now all dead. I have to warn the neighbor kids about running through my yard because the whole yard is now green plastic netting, which was originally under the sod that had died. I even paid them $250 in the fall to aerate and reseed the lawn, but that did not work either.
