Excellent response from company and project estimator. Constant follow-up. Showed up on time every time and provided thorough information. Others had tried to scam me but I felt the estimator told the truth and the quote was fair. The front office was responsive and billed me after to pay at my convenience. They did the work without my having to take off from work. Excellent overall experience. Would recommend and will use again.

Matt’s Roofing arrived on time and went right to work. They tarped everything carefully then began the roof replacement. A crew of 8 men finished in 5 hrs! they cleaned up very well and my roof looks great!

The sales person/estimator was very professional. He brought along shingle samples for us to look at, and gave us a quote. We were still considering other roofers, and he understood and encouraged that. When we realized the quality of the shingles and the warranty involved, we decided to go with Matt's. When we scheduled the work, the crew showed up when they said they would. They kept the area around the house clean and did a great job. They were done in around 3 days (I was out of town, but my husband told me this). We would recommend them highly!

They had to reschedule due to weather delaying another job, but when technician arrived he did on excellent job. I had to call them back to complete one fascia repair, but all work was completed in an excellent manner.

The project went very well, and our new roof looks terrific. Because of hail damage to our old roof, this project was largely covered by insurance. Matt's Roofing negotiated with them on our behalf to make sure all necessary parts of the project were included in the insurance payment, including the permits, etc.
The job was completed in under two days, and they cleaned up the job site beautifully when they were done. My neighbor had used Matt's Roofing, too, and he told us how pleased he was with their clean-up. He has small children, so he had been worried about nails left in the grass, but that wasn't a problem.

Professional bid process. Well educated & knowledgeable. Crew showed up on time. Hector, foreman was excellent! Did a top notch job!

I would highly recommend Matt's Roofing and Gutters. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He replaced the roof, added a roof vent, took out all my old vents and boots and replaced them (and painted them black to match the house). He added soffit and replaced some rotted trim for free. They showed up on time, explained the whole process, and finished when they said they would. They were the lowest out of the three estimates we received as well (before the job). I would use them again.

Matt was our third estimate. He described the work that was needed clearly and his description included some things that were not mentioned in our first two estimates. With the Angie's list coupon his prices was just a few dollars more than the first two estimates but Matt's warranty was longer and we were able to get 18 months same as cash financing through the bank he works with. No one else mentioned financing options and when we asked, same as cash was not an option with one of the others and no financing was available at all with the other. We had some leaks and we were happy that our scheduled install date was moved up a few days. The crew arrived early and did a fine job. Hector was the site manager and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We also had part of our gutters reconfigured solving a big drainage problem.

All went well. Workman was on time and worked hard. Price was competitive and info about work to be done was precise. Company rep and presentation were very professional.

Each person, including the administrative staff, was professional and efficient. In addition to that the employees performing the work did and great job and cleaned up afterwards. So far after a month no leaks! I would definitely use them again and will call when it is time to replace the roof.

We met with Tim from Matt's, he was very professional & answered all our questions.  Project started a day early.  We had some delays due to material but I was given a daily update by Miranda either by phone or text.

It was great. It was perfect. They came out They looked it in originally. The sales man said "you know, he would do this kind of little thing." The guy came out and said "You know, I think it might be better if we add this on." He went in and added it on and didn't charge me extra. They want to make sure it was really going to be the best. I was very impressed with that. They were prompt, professional right on the spot. They were polite and nice. These guys are great.
