Massey Pest Control was a fine company. We had no issues.If we happen to have more pest problems, we just gave them a call and he would treat it again.

It seems to be very efficient, I like them a lot. I don't have any problems with pests, so they do a great job.

The overall experience was average. I am thinking about changing services.

They had rat traps in the basement. It was very difficult to get them to come out and understand their was a problem. Over a month or so, decomposition happened. They were really bad.

I'm pleased with their services. We've used them for years. They are one of the few companies that also have termite guarantees.

I've been using them for 9 years. They are always very professional. They dress nice and they always look professional. I haven't priced anybody else out.

I paid for a year's service.  They are pretty good.  If I need them to come back, they come back as needed.It is actually my vacation home but they came out and pretty much did what I asked them to do. I haven't been back to see and haven't called them back but they seemed pretty good as far as if I needed them to come back. 

They are wonderful and I continue to use them. One thing I like is that when they come, they get rid of all the cobwebs outside, take care of the crawlspace, show up on time, and are easy to do business with.

We have been happy with them. We have them come out every 3 months since we have a contract with them. We pay $80 every 3 months. Massey Services is the only company that we have ever used for pest control. I have friends and family who have used them as well. They have been happy with their services. That’s why we went with them. Their price is pretty good. Their quality could be better. They have always been responsive about coming out whenever we had problems. However, it did take 3 days for them to respond once. It’s the same guy who comes out every time. He is very nice and professional as well.

I like the fact that they're very thorough. Not only do they come out and do the treatment, but they are very polite, and they actually go through and sweep the outside cobwebs and debris around the house. I've never had a pest control company do that before.

They are prompt. I have been at home when they didn't know I was and they did show up and do what they said they were going to do. I did pay up front for the termite treatment but I pay monthly for the other. They seem to be about average on cost. They do leave a notice when they are out and treat my yard.

Their prices are about average compared to other companies, but if I ever move I will always take their service with me. I have been extremely satisfied with all they have done. I paid for the termite control to install it and for two years of service. They are very caring and I am pleased with their quickness. They are helpful and they show their concern. They never question us if we have concerns. There was a time we paid for the entire year and they sent us a bill too early and when my husband called them they took care of it and gave our next service to us for free, which we never asked for. We thought that was very professional of them. They have excellent integrity and we love their service.

We have used this company in Fayetteville over the past several years while living in MCDonough. We have always had a good experience with this company and their staff.

THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEMS. IT HAS BEEN SATISFACTORY.
