Kirk The TV Guy LLC

Kirk is knowledgable and professional and really has his act together. He was confident and positive about a solution and did not complain about the effort required as every cable and satellite company usually does! His truck was organized with everything he needed and he was able to get the entire job done himself in just a couple of hours. He made certain every TV was receiving a signal before he left. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Richard was the technician and did an excellent job - very knowledgeable and thorough.

So, first off, Kirk called before he arrived, which is always nice. I live in an area with terrible issues with signals (I have an extender for my cell phone).  Kirk had told me that Kennesaw was bad, but said he had an antenna he was almost sure would work. Sure enough, it did, There was just one channel that did not come in well, and Kirk said that whenever I bought a new tv, that channel would be perfect because  the technology's better now (at which point, I bought a new tv - my choice, not his). Kirk and his assistant installed the new tv, and voila! Everything works. 
I get 27 channels, including the major networks. The picture quality is BETTER than cable -- it's blue ray quality!!  I also subscribe to Hulu and Netflix, so I'm good to go with my TV.  And I am saving about $75/month. That means in 6 months, I will have paid for Kirk's services and no more cable!!  Oh, I also only have ONE remote now.
There was no mess. Kirk also rerouted some of my wires so they don't show.  Also they called me a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should. 

He was fanstastic. He worked until almost midnight one night to get everything done. I would highly, highly, recommend him.

Kirk and his team are great. Nalda took our order over the phone, and was able to schedule Kirk to come out and perform a sight visit on short notice.  After examining our office and finding out exactly what we wanted to do, Kirk was able to give us a more than fair price quote for the services and materials (which comprised the bulk of the price).  His team finished the job that day, left the office in clean shape, and even provided some additional services that they thought we needed at no additional cost. The workmanship was of a high quality.  I strongly recommend Kirk the TV Guy.

Call Kirk and arranged for a appointment. He showed up on time, went to work on the take down and replacement with new TV. Once TV was hang using existing brackets, powered up the TV and set it up. He even cleaned up the cables. When I showed him the Angie's List coupon of $25, subtracted the amount. Kirk was pleasant and professional thru out the visit. I would use him again and would recommend him.

Kirk and his assistant Robbie worked over 12 hours straight on the installation and completed it with zero follow up issues. They even took time, at their own initiative, to slowly and patiently explain to my wife's 88 year old mother how to use the new equipment. In short, if you want your cable or satellite installation done professionally and in a careful, cosmetically-pleasing manner re: wire management and equipment placement, Kirk and his team are the ones.

I recently had a new roof put on, and I did not want the Dish Network dish put back on where it was previously, because it was nailed directly to the roof. I wanted an alternate mounting method, that would not penetrate my very expensive roof.
I also have a separate antenna for local channels, and wanted the signal to go to multiple TVs, as I only had it going to one of them, plus I had lost some signal since the leaves filled in.
Kirk worked with my schedule, showed up as promised, and got right to work. He first dug a hole to set a pole for the dish, as I did not want it mounted on my new roof. While the cement set, he worked on the antenna. He positioned it for optimum performance, and added an amplifier to boost the signal. I had put the antenna up myself in the winter, and after the leaves filled in, I lost many channels, and those I still had were very bad signal quality.
He got the signal quality way up, then worked inside to make sure the signal from both the dish and antenna got to where it needed to go, and with the best quality.
He did run into an issue trying to get both dish & antenna signals to a 3rd TV, because the amplifier on the antenna was drowning out the dish signal. He had a solution to fix it, but based on my budget, we both decided to exercise that option at a later date.
So yes, he could have gotten it working, but it would have required extra equipment, and it put the total cost out of my budget. We both agreed that we could work on that aspect at a later date if desired.
He stayed much longer than I think he had anticipated, and was very thorough. In the end, he came in right on target with his estimate, based on the work performed.
Additionally, Kirk is a very professional, very likeable person, who is easy to get along with. Very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to have him in our home anytime to do anything, which is important, as I have a pregnant wife, 13 month-old, and a teenage daughter. You don't want just any schmo off the street coming into your home, but I felt very much at ease with kirk.
Kirk does things the right way, not the quick way.
I look forward to being able to use him in the future.
