Richard was the technician and did an excellent job - very knowledgeable and thorough.
I get 27 channels, including the major networks. The picture quality is BETTER than cable -- it's blue ray quality!! I also subscribe to Hulu and Netflix, so I'm good to go with my TV. And I am saving about $75/month. That means in 6 months, I will have paid for Kirk's services and no more cable!! Oh, I also only have ONE remote now.
There was no mess. Kirk also rerouted some of my wires so they don't show. Also they called me a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should.

I also have a separate antenna for local channels, and wanted the signal to go to multiple TVs, as I only had it going to one of them, plus I had lost some signal since the leaves filled in.
Kirk worked with my schedule, showed up as promised, and got right to work. He first dug a hole to set a pole for the dish, as I did not want it mounted on my new roof. While the cement set, he worked on the antenna. He positioned it for optimum performance, and added an amplifier to boost the signal. I had put the antenna up myself in the winter, and after the leaves filled in, I lost many channels, and those I still had were very bad signal quality.
He got the signal quality way up, then worked inside to make sure the signal from both the dish and antenna got to where it needed to go, and with the best quality.
He did run into an issue trying to get both dish & antenna signals to a 3rd TV, because the amplifier on the antenna was drowning out the dish signal. He had a solution to fix it, but based on my budget, we both decided to exercise that option at a later date.
So yes, he could have gotten it working, but it would have required extra equipment, and it put the total cost out of my budget. We both agreed that we could work on that aspect at a later date if desired.
He stayed much longer than I think he had anticipated, and was very thorough. In the end, he came in right on target with his estimate, based on the work performed.
Additionally, Kirk is a very professional, very likeable person, who is easy to get along with. Very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to have him in our home anytime to do anything, which is important, as I have a pregnant wife, 13 month-old, and a teenage daughter. You don't want just any schmo off the street coming into your home, but I felt very much at ease with kirk.
Kirk does things the right way, not the quick way.
