Glass and Mirror Service
> Did not keep schedules nor advise client if he could/would not meet scheduled date and time. Non-communicative.
> Criticized client for calling to ask why provider did not come as scheduled, if he was planning to come, and when he did plan to come. Provider missed multiple schedules for both measuring for installation and the installation itself; did not advise client he would not keep schedule. Client had to take initiative in rescheduling.
> Was to have installed mirrors, but failed on this effort.
> Was to have provided a coated shower glass, but did not, and did not advise client he was installing uncoated shower glass.
> Install was of mediocre quality.
Overall, very frustrating and disappointing experience.
