The lady in the garden is good. I haven't had a bad experience with them, it just some of the workers don't know the products.

Appliance Repair
The repair people that came out said I needed to clean the rubber seal with bleach. There isn t anything they will do about replacing it, since I missed Maytag s recall window. There had been a class action suit, which I found out about too late. I m stuck with an expensive washer that I don t want to use. Home Depot was timely in coming when I needed them. Their repair man looked professional, but I m not getting any satisfaction from either company.

I am very pleased with Home Depot. When we were done with the basement, we had a lot of material left and when it was taken back, we didn t have the receipt and they went ahead and returned it for a refund. I thought that was very nice of them and we greatly appreciated it. They were very helpful and polite; they spent a lot of time with us when we went there to buy the material also. We are very satisfied with them; They have been great.

Home Depot gave me poor advice on where to plant my flowers. The actual design work they did looked good on paper. I just probably would not use them again because we have a wooded lot. Well, lots of what they told us to plant died because some areas were far too sunny. I just didn't feel satisfied. I will say their actual drawings looked very nice on paper though. We also found out later that we were charged a pretty high price for the services rendered. We are not sure because we did not compare their prices to other places. Either way, we are not going to use them again in the future, I do not think.

Garage Door Service
The garage door installation cost more than the opener itself. That doesn't seem right to me. They should give a person a better deal when the opener is purchased at the same place.
