Furniture - Sales
We are very disappointed with Havertys and their Guardsman warranty program. We bought $16,000 worth of furniture from them two years ago. We were also persuaded to pay for the Guardsman Gold Plan for $499 so that any problem with our furniture would be under warranty for 5 years. One piece is a Spencer Queen sleeper sofa that cost $1,350. The mattress in this sleeper has never held air. We're still haggling with Havertys about how much it's going to cost us to get an air mattress that holds air! We'll go elsewhere for future furniture needs.
