I found Harps Enterprise on Craigslist. After talking to Timonthy, I thought I'd give him a shot. He showed up looking and acting very professional. He called and arranged a time to come by and give me an estimate. After looking over my house, he gave me a very reasonable estimate. Since then, he has been very punctual and professional. He even accommodates changes in my schedule without any complaint. He is a super nice guy and his company does a great job.
