This company operates under AKA TLC Property Management. I dealt with Marylynn once my home was under contract and getting setup for pics and to be posted to the market. It all went wrong when I called Marylynn to ask is they offered an incentive program for their customers. I asked because I had a fellow co-worker that was also in need of a gd rental company. Marylynn responded by text very nastily, that its illegal for them to pay anyone for referrals that isnt licensed. Well to my shock and amazement, I never mention what the incentive was or could be, I simply asked if they had a incentive program setup. Its a yes/no answer, since there could be a multitude of ways to incentive customers other than giving them money. Anyway, I ignored he awkward response and moved on. I became suspicious of Marylynns defensive response and began to look into the company TLC property management.com inc. I found the company is up to date but I also found this parent company ga family. I then took to angieslist to see if there was anything out here for either company and lo and behold I found a derogatory mark for them. So I'd figure I would call Marylynn and ask her about what was written about the company. Marylynn again with the defensive tone and nature began to go into a rant about how she doesnt know anything abut angieslist and she doesnt have to respond to angieslist for anything, if the person had a problem they should have reported them to the BBB. When I mentioned that her company wasnt registered with the BBB she said so what, if they wanted a response thats what they should have done. I said well, I'm just letting you know whats out their on you guys and I wanted to see what occurred to make the person write about your company in a bad way. She continued with her rant, well I I dont know maybe it was someone we made pay for damages, and you (me that is) dont have to choose us you can choose another company if you want. I said hmmm excuse me. I then became very intrigued by her level of disrespect and angered nature, so I asked can you explain to me what criteria you use to determine a renter is qualified. Long story short, she had none, no credit score range, no debt to equity ratio numbers, nothing. Just the global statement of we make sure they can pay the rent. Wow...thats nice but for how long. Bottomline, stay clear of TLC Property management.com inc/GA family.com inc because th ppl who run it are unprofessional, disrespectful and obviously knowledgeable if you dont know about angieslist. I told her we pay for this site for a reason and it ddint matter to her and she could really careless. So, find someone else to run your property. I'm glad I found out how they were before they actually had control of my home, no telling what would have been going on.

No upfront fees, but you get what you pay for. Poor communications.Late financial reportingAgreements made with tenants without the agreement of homeowner. I would not recommend this company.
