Their workmen did a wonderful job. Except for the difference in color of the new patches, the repair seams and all look fantastic. Color will change as it gets wear. Would hire this company for any flooring! And the charge was very reasonable. Thanks!

Got here first thing in the am, moved furniture and took down beds. Replaced carpet and was finished in one day. Everything put back as it was. Installers very nice. Worked hard all day. Could not ask for better.

From what I can recall, I think the time for the estimate was a few days. (2 trips - initially where I picked out the mosaic [2and quot; tile] and another to leave a deposit and pick out grout). Another salesperson took very good care of me and was very attentive and had suggestions. We made a tentative date of 2 weeks for installation since the tile had to be ordered. Installation was timely. He was very careful with bringing equipment into the house and put down brown paper to walk on. He was very detail oriented and did a fantastic job. The clean up was extraordinary. Not a trace that anyone was here - from the bathroom through the garage. I was impressed. A six hour job, I believe.
I was pleased that someone picked up the job that someone left. Everything was very professional from start to finish. I did not pay final payment until job was finished and I was satisfied. They would have taken my credit card over the phone, but I went in person 3 days later.

Installation was done effeciently and without any issues.

Smooth from start to finish

The overall experience with this company was fine. It took two visits of the installing team to finish the installation, but the results were wonderful! I have recommended this company to my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. Because of our experiences with Fayette Floor and Wall, we will return to them when we need more work done. We respect honorable people and companies.

They were very good and the floor turned out very well.

They were very professional. They arrived on time for the initial estimate appointment and spent about 10 min (if that) taking measurements, etc. It took them about a day and a half (2 guys on the first day and 1 on the second) to finish the living room, dining room, pantry closet, and hallway. They were very clean and efficient and very courteous. Quality is impeccable and everyone loves our new floors. We are definitely using them again in the future for when we tile our kitchen floor.

I liked this company as they were the cheapest out of several companies that I checked with. They were also honest and had good workmanship. The owner even noticed that the first part of the flooring that was laid was not good quality wood and had them it remove and then had better wood installed. They did a good job there were a few minor problems but they were all corrected. They showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. I also liked the fact that this company is customer orientated.
