We discovered a busted pipe in our basement early one morning. We called Doug, told him it wasn't an emergency - but he showed up within 30 minutes anyway. He assessed the situation, then had his helper come out the next day to repair the pipe. The pipe was fixed to our satisfaction, but what really impressed us the most was his promptness and attitude.
