I was seeking a company to have my gutters repaired. It took three phone calls and messages before they even responded. When the call was returned the gentlemen stated that he wanted to come out on the same day. I had an appointment and was unavailable at that time. I then stated that because I am retired I could make myself available at almost any other time. He stated to me that he did not have time to ride around giving estimates although the ad clearly states that they give free estimates. I will never call this company again.
Description of Work: I was seeking a company to have my gutters repaired. I was referred to Delta Gutters by another company because the other company stated that they were to far away to complete such a small job. First of all, I had to call Delta Gutters three times before they even returned my call. When they did return the call the the person from Delta Gutters asked if they could come on that day to complete an estimate. I informed him that I was on my way to an appointment. I then stated that I am retired and that I am free to schedule an appointment to get an estimate at almost any other time. The gentleman from Delta Gutters than stated to me that he did not have time to ride around giving estimates. Although their ads clearly sates that they give free estimates. I will never call this company again.
