The technician didn’t actually do anything to help. Told us to put vinegar in the dishwasher and thaw the ice maker and left. Neither of these options helped. And charged the service fee.

Came same day, fix problem with dryer and provided advice on how to maintain other appliances. Stanley was his name. Great experience.

Came out the same day. Was an hr later than said, but not big deal. Had the fridge fixed quickly. It was more than I was hoping to spend, but this type of service usually is.

Very quick to respond and come out, in fact, Danny came later in the same day after speaking on the phone.

I was very dissapointed in the professionallism of this company. He told me everything that needed to be repaired on my refrigerator and did not do any trouble shooting for the problem called on. He did not even pull the refrigerator away from the wall to check on the possible reason. Just a quick analysis that I needed a new solenoid, without checking anything. He said that he would have to order a new solenoid, on line for $82 and that it would be $235.00 to install it, Plus a $65.00 charge just for showing up. Give me a break, is he a refrigerator whisperer who knows what is wrong without even checking anything????? I would not recomend this company to anyone. I gave him $65.00 for coming out and told him that I would rather buy a new refrigerator than to pay him $382.00 to just fix the Ice maker.

Set up an appointment for him to come out and fix my dishwasher. When he didn't make the appointment time, I called to see if he was still coming. He was more than an hour away at that time. He finally showed up over 1.5 hrs late. Turned on the dishwasher and said it was the circuit board and the cost would be approx. $465 to repair. I told him I could buy a new one for that much. I paid the service fee and sent him on his way. I called another company and the repairman came out and had the problem solved and the dishwasher fixed within 15 minutes and only cost me the $65 service fee. Don't recommend DC Appliance Repairs to anyone.

The owner was very nice. I gave him a lower rating because he was so late for our first appointment that I ended up rescheduling because I had to work. Once he did arrive, my dishwasher magically started working. lol. So there was nothing for him to fix so I can't rate the quality of the work. I did have to pay a $65 fee just for him coming to my house. Overall, he was very nice and knowledgeable. I would hire him again when something is truly broken next time.
