Clayton Appliance sold us an entire appliance package out of their service area to make a quick buck! So guess who's stuck now now? We are!! The microwave started sparking inside the unit after throwing the breaker a couple of times. The best they could do was give me the number for the manufacturer. Customer Service at it's best. I do not recommend this business.

Clayton Appliances Inc was awesome! Another local company gave me an estimate for repair which would have been 4 times what Clayton Appliances charged. Cleaning the burners on my gas stove was all that was needed instead of replacing several parts as quoted by another company. I plan to use Clayton Appliances for all of my future repairs.

Washing machine costs more to fix than to replace. Service charge $70 for each appliance. I already knew what the problem was on the dryer . The door wouldn't latch. It only took 2 minutes for him to replace hook. Other than the extra service fee I was satisfied overall.

satisfied with everything.Our old refrigerator was leaking water. They came out, they cleaned up the  diagnosed the problem, quoted me a repair price and did the repair. Upon finishing they cleaned the floor and asked if we were satisfied with everything.
Previously, 3months ago, we purchased a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher and installation from them and were totally satisfied with that transaction as well.

In 2013 when we scheduled the appointment to install the rigid vent kit for our clothes dryer, there was a miscommunication about our appointment time.  The store manager called me and assured me this was rare and worked around my schedule to get this done a few days later.  The technicians were quick, courteous, and informative.  It had been over a year and I am glad we gave them another chance because when the time came to purchase a new washer in mid 2014, we returned to Clayton Appliance. The sales staff was helpful and friendly.  Their prices were better than other stores we checked.  The inventory was readily available for next day delivery and set up.  Again, the technicians were quick, courteous, and informative.  When I pointed out that the washer's manual was missing, they offered to place it in my newspaper box the next day when they were working in the area......I was so pleased to find out they were true to their word and I had my manual in hand in 24 hours!  I will definitely return to Clayton Appliance for my next purchase or if the need arises for repair work on any other appliance in my home.

It went quite well, although after the first visit the ice maker was not working. I called the technician the next day and he returned and got it working within a day or two. Stuff happens and, in this case, the technician responded quickly to ensure that the ice maker was working, so I am very happy with the service provided.

I have used them before. I went with the other guy because he had an okay rating and he could come out the same day. I ended up buying a new fridge from Clayton and they credited me back the $65 service fee towards the cost of the new fridge. They are very honest and did not scratch up my floor. He gave me the option of buying a new door or buy the newer refrigerator at cost. My old refrigerator was 20 years old. I will just wait for Clayton next time. I will use them again.

He stayed about ten minutes and I paid him over $200.  I paid it, but I went ballistic.  I was very upset.  A service call is a service call, but he didn’t put in any parts and it is a new machine.  I had an uneasy feeling about paying him that much for being here for such a short time.  I get that a service call is a service call, but I just wasn’t happy.  All he had to do was drain it.  I won't call them to come out next time I have a problem.  The work was fine and it worked after he left, but I feel taken advantage of.  It wasn’t clear what all they were charging for and they weren’t helpful about explaining things to me.

I thought this company could not have been better to work with from a sales stand point or an installation stand point. They were just wonderful to me. They worked with me, took care of my needs, returned calls, the delivery went well, and they just made this part of my kitchen remodeling go so smoothly. I really thought they were wonderful.

I like this company a lot. The receptionist there is really nice. This is a smaller company in this area and they are just excellent. If you have a problem, they get to you right away and they're always so friendly and polite. We are really happy with them in all respects.

Terrible. First time I called to schedule service they scheduled me for Wednesday morning. At 11:30 I called and they said, "Oops, we put you down for Thursday by mistake. They'll be there tomorrow." He came and diagnosed the problem, and then it took two weeks to get the part. After replacing it, three weeks later, the microwave broke again. I called for service, scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. At 2, I saw they had called that morning but not left a message. When I called the company, I was told that I had been called because the technician had a doctor's appointment that afternoon. They didn't leave me a message to let me know that he wasn't coming! So we rescheduled for Friday (I spoke to the manager and told her I was very unhappy). They came on Friday and couldn't figure out what was wrong, so they ordered another part. After they rescheduled two times, it took 4 weeks to get my microwave repaired again. I don't blame the technician, I blame the service department.
