Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our bill was paid yet no service , will not answer or return phone calls . We will be demanding a refund if $245.00 a month !

Carol's Green Thumb (CGT) is a lawncare service my next door neighbor has used for some time in the Fayetteville GA area. For what we could see, they've done a good job for our neighbor. My wife and I entered into lawncare contract with CGT several months ago. Overall, we are dissatisfied with their services. Essentially, we have a failure to communicate here. CGT was great in selling us their services and was pretty attentive to us at first. But not so great in customer service after the sale from several months in. We have five medium size American flas surrounding our mailbox. We asked CGT to pull them before cutting that area. At first they did as requested. However, they stopped pulling the flags saying the wood was susceptible to rot due to the damp ground. We also noticed some of the flags were damaged from the weed wacker cutting lines in the flags. We discussed this with the husband. So, I bought new flags, treated the wood with polyurethane and replaced the old damaged flags. CGT never once mentioned they damaged our flags! The next time they came to service the lawn, I pointed out to the Carol's husband and his helper, the old flags were replaced with new ones and the wooden staffs were polyurethaned. But he wouldn't listen to my point about the cut stars and stripes. He stopped cutting our front lawn, packed up his riding mower and left the front lawn unfinished! I also mentioned a section of the lawn alongside our curb that wasn't cut evenly due to the chemical treatment sign they didn't remove. We were unaware CGT subcontracts out their chemical treatments for weeds for their lawn services. We've used Tru -Green before and they did a better job in treatment. Their subcontractor got a late start and did not put down the pre-weeding treatment before the new growth season. We received two out of the six yearly treatments. When making a good faith effort to clarify and remedy the situation, Carol and her husband didn't listen too well regarding our reasonable requests. On the day of and day after the most recent incident, they were somewhat argumentative. This happened on Friday the 28th and Saturday the 29th of May 2021. Memorial Day weekend. CGT canceled the contract with them. On paper CGT presents themselves as professional. In reality, they've expressed themselves as uncaring, lacking in customer service, maybe even a little arrogant. If you live in the metro Fayetteville Georgia area, please be aware of this. This review isn't personal, it's business. We paid them timely and in full for services rendered. Never had a problem with us in that regard. We wish we'd experienced the same politeness and professionalism we expect from any vendor servicing our home. We're the homeowners they're on our property and shouldn't be subject to anyone's disrespect.

The experience went very well. They did a nice job. They worked hard, and they were very reasonable. Their price was very acceptable.

I will continue to use them in the future for my lawn care.
