technology to advertise and market his listings with a pictorial account of every aspect of your home on the internet and also in a booklet for potential buyers to take with them giving all the information on the home.
I found him particularly good at keeping me informed and then together strategizing with me in the marketing of my home through the entire process.
We now rate all realtor’s by comparing them to Cas, so far none have measured up to his professional standards.

I dealt with Mahria Clarke who was their representative. She's amazing. Even though I bought my house two years ago, she would go out of her way to call me right back. She's an excellent real estate agent, she's quick to return phone calls; she's really good in finding houses in my price range and the area I prefer. She's very knowledgeable in areas and she can tell me which one is good, and which one is questionable. I would rate her highly across the board and I would use her in the future.
